Principal's News
What a day!
Yesterday we had all of our Year 3 - 10 students and staff enjoy the best day at our annual swimming carnival.
As a community we are conscious of the need for us to rebuild and reconnect and opportunities like the Carnival was perfect for that! As a bonus we were able to see some amazing swimmers in action and the overall conduct of our students was simply outstanding.
Tonight is our Year 3/4 Play in the Park evening. Over the last two weeks we have seen the same event offered for Prep and Year 1/2 families. A chance for us to reconnect and rebuild the relationships that have suffered through loss of face-to-face opportunities during the pandemic.
Thank you for joining us at these opportunities, whether it has been for dinner in the park on a Friday night, volunteering or cheering at the swimming carnival. We thank you!!
We look forward to many more opportunities to rebuild and reconnect throughout the year.

COVID-19 Update
- Year 3-6 students to wear masks while inside at school
- Prep - Year 2 students - recommended to wear masks
- Year 7-10 students - no longer required to wear a mask however the College encourages students to consider wearing a mask when inside a classroom and unable to socially distance.
We expect the next delivery of RA Tests to arrive in schools early next week. The college will send home student test kits as we have done in the first weeks of this term.
Thank you for your ongoing support of our College as we all work together to limit community transmission as much as possible.
Prep - Year 2 Swimming Carnival
In order to ensure that the Pools meet their Covid Safe Requirements we kindly ask ALL SPECTATORS to follow the below procedures:
- Use the QR Code when entering the premises
- Show COVID Vaccination certificate, if requested
- Follow pool procedures for hygiene and distancing
Students will attend school as per normal on the day and be bused to the pool. Students may leave the carnival with their parent/guardian however, all students MUST sign out at the main gate with the College Staff Member on duty. Parent/Guardian must be in attendance for the student to be singed out.
An area is allocated for parents to spectate on the day, please BYO chairs. Students are required to remain in their house areas at all times during competition.
House spirit is a fun aspect of our carnivals. Students can wear some accessories in their house colours but are asked to ensure their sports uniform is the basis of this, remembering SUN SAFETY at all times.
Specific details about the carnival and events will be emailed home to all families shortly.
School Photos - Friday 11th March
All students are required to wear FORMAL uniform for school photo day. Uniform expectations will not change for photos, we hope you see all of our students dressed just as they do each and every school day.
Please do not place additional stress or worry onto your student's day (or yours), to assist, we encourage families to discuss the uniform guidelines together so the expectation is clear for all.
Please remember, if your child normally wears their PE uniform to school on a Friday, let them know they will need to wear their FORMAL Uniform for photo purposes. Students are welcome to bring their sports uniform to change for PE class after photos.
