Great Things Happening in Our Classrooms at West Middle School!

Mr. Cordova's students engage in physical activity every day while in their PE class; however, movement should not just be restricted to the PE class. Research shows that physical activity increases oxygen in the blood and this oxygen is related to enhancing learning and memory. Five Movement Strategies in the High School Classroom gives strategies that also can be used effectively with middle school students.
