NEW CANCELLATION PROCESS

We have recently updated our cancellations process to improve accuracy, tracking and visibility. Therefore, we are no longer accepting cancellations via e-mail and ask, instead, that you please log into the Client Portal to cancel RealPage services.


This link will navigate you to our Client Portal where you will be able to select the property and products that you need to cancel. In addition to canceling products, you can also review your active licenses, your Invoice history and make payments.

LEAD2LEASE PERFORMANCE - JANUARY 2015

  • The portfolio successfully manged 100% of all lead activity within Lead2Lease.
  • And average of 2 follow-ups per lead were completed for the month.
  • Congratulations to Remington at Memorial, Mission at La Villita, Gates at Provence, Cypress Lake at Stonebriar, Greenbriar, and Country Club Valley View for achieving 3 follow-ups or more, falling within LeaseStar recommendations.

  • A total of 15 cases were submitted for the month with average resolution time of one hour.

INTERNET SOURCES GENERATING LEADS

  • A total of 5,388 leads were generated through all ad sources.
  • 68 successful leases were generated through 9 ad sources
  • (Chart does not include walk-in traffic)

LEAD TYPE VOLUME AND CONVERSION

  • The portfolio generated 7,127 total leads for the month, closing 116 leases with an average conversion of 1.6%.
  • The highest volume of leases came from Email leads, generating 65 leases with a conversion of 4.6%.
