A Message from the Superintendent of Schools - Dr. Majka

Winter break is a well-received time in the academic calendar. Students and staff gear up for a longer than normal and well deserved break from the day to day grind of the classroom and office. It is a time to relax, enjoy time with friends and family, and re-energize ourselves for the second half of the school year. As we take a brief pause from a structured learning environment, I encourage you to venture out and look for other learning opportunities. Read a book or engage in a hobby that you have put off, participate in community service, or visit a museum. All of these and so many more activities will offer you an opportunity to release stress, enjoy life, and enter into 2019 happier and more productive. Happy holidays and a wonderful New Year to all!
