Kirk Fenton News
24th May 2019
Dear Parents / Carers,
This week the weather has been kind to us as pupils from Year 5 and 6 spent a day at a cricket festival, Years 3 and 4 camped on the field and EYFS and Year 1 held the grand opening of their refurbished outdoor areas. I am grateful to everyone who supported and made these events such a success and who gave up their time to create treasured memories for our pupils. The camp, as every year, was amazing and our children showed every one of our four school values: thankfulness, perseverance, respect and at times forgiveness.
Next week is half term and the children return to school on Tuesday 4th June. I hope you have a restful break.
Mrs Karen Williams
Head Teacher
Y3/4 Residential
The sun has shone on us for the last couple of days and Y3 and Y4 have had a great time showing perseverance, acquiring new skills, having lots of fun and even managing a little bit of sleep!
Thank you to everyone involved for great organising and help.
