"Music Counts Every Day" at HES - Each morning as we get the day started the week after our winter vacation, we will be listening to selections from "Seussical' the musical.
The music for Dr.Seuss week will be a selection of songs from Seussical the Musical.
There will not be a question this week, but I am attaching a video of a high school production of the show that you might consider showing as the students arrive at school.

"HARWICH HIGH FIVES" for the week!
- To the custodial and maintenance crew for clearing our sidewalks and entrances after Monday's snow storm and the town's DPW for clearing our parking lots!
- To the 4th Grade Student Council for coming up with the "RED DAY @ HES" in support of Health Heart Month
- To the 1st grade students in Mrs. Riley, Ms. Kern and Mrs. Rusch's classrooms for their MLK Celebration "Let Freedom Ring" and to Mr. Ressler and Mr. Roberts for their support with the musical arrangements!
- To the PTO for sponsoring Kevin Robinson "K-Rob" program as our PBIS "SHARK TANK" celebration!
- To Jamie Vient, Donna Chase & Alison Burton for receiving a grant to support our stuudents!
February Vacation February 20th - 24th - our main office and the district schools will be closed. See you back on Monday, Feb. 27th.
Annual February vacation "COMMUNITY/CARING" event at HES supports children and their families while practicing math skills
FYI - we encourage all students to participate... A donation will be made by the administrative team on behalf of any student that completes their math-a-thon workbook without a sponsor. Booklets were sent home with students this week to be completed over the vacation week. Thanks for your continued support.

FEBRUARY VACATION program opportunities and upcoming MARCH programs
Sheila House (Harwich Youth & Family Services) is sharing this vacation opportunity for anyone interested... The Boys & Girls Club in Mashpee is a fantastic place for kids to be!
February School Vacation Week: The Club will be open during vacation week, February 21-25 for any Cape Cod child age 6 and up and in grades 1-8 from 7:30 AM until 6 PM during the entire vacation week. Daily programs for club members is $10/day and $20/day for non-members. Pre-registration is not required and scholarships are available with demonstrated need. In addition to daily programs special field trips will be available and pre-registration is required and will be on a first come, first served basis with prepayment required.
