BHMS Principal's Update 12/12/22
Recapping the Week at the Hill
Keeping Up with What is Going on at the Hill!!!
Hi Bulldog Families,
We're just about two weeks away from winter break where many people hold celebrations. Many of us exchange gifts, support those who most need us, and seek to really sit down with each other and be present. Students and families and educators alike all benefit from this break as an effort to rescharge and ring in 2023 with new goals, dreams, and plans. This will be the last update prior to break.
These last two weeks, we will have a lot going on. Please ensure the students have made up or discussed with their teachers if they have any missing assignments. That would be crucial so that students can enter break without having the burden of having to do missed assignments.
I have also provided some insight on our Anti Defamational League/No Place for Hate Activity for the month. I've included some background on it was well as the lesson plan so you as a family know what is happening regarding our monthly lesson and be able reiterate its importance at home as well.
A special thank you to families, teachers, Mr. Cabrera, the 8th grade class, Dr. Muscelli, and Officer Hamilton, for an awesome first year of Winter Wonderland. It was a great, positive way to close out last week.
Have a wonderful few weeks Bulldog families
Sincerely,
Mike D'Ostilio

We are committed to providing a safe environment where students can express themselves as they question the ebb and flow of their world around them.
