Tired of accidentally closing a tab?
- Pin it! Just right click and select Pin Tab. Once you do this, you can't close it without making the extra effort.
- Click Command Shift T. This will reopen the tab you closed.
Don't have enough room on your Bookmark Bar for all of your bookmarks?
Shorten the name of your bookmarks or just use the icon from the webpage. To do this right click on the bookmark and then click edit. Once the edit box appears, erase the name (or rename it) and click save.
Find exactly what you are searching for.
Search by time/date posted, reading level, image size, usage rights, quality, duration, source, and much more using the Search Tools in Google.
Add Extensions to make your daily tasks easier.
Click on the Hamburger icon in the top right corner.
Click on Tools, then Extensions. Once you are in the Chrome Store, click Get more Extensions. Search and find the Extensions you need. The Extensions I showed you today are goo.gl URL shortener, Clock and Timer-tab.
Add some spice with a Theme or a Modern Tab.
Once you are in the Google Store, select Themes from the bottom of the Extension list. Click on the Theme you like and now you're not so boring. If you like the Modern Tab, type in Modern New Tab Page in the search. Once you find it, click on the + Free tab and launch.
