RICHMOND INTERMEDIATE NEWS
Please use our drive-up lane to drop your child off in the morning. Do not park on the west side of 12th street and have your child walk across the street. This is dangerous because cars are driving through in both directions. As an alternative to the drive-up lane, you are also welcome to park in a spot along the east side of 12th street (same side as the school), Oak or Indiana. This will help us keep all of our Richmond children safe during morning drop off. We greatly appreciate your help with this.
A friendly reminder there morning supervision does not begin until 7:40 a.m. Please do not arrive to school earlier than 7:40 a.m.
Thank you to all of our families who could make curriculum night. We had a great turn-out. If you were unable to attend, please reach out to your child’s teacher. We had presentations in each classroom and we would be happy to share them.
PARENT VOLUNTEERS NEEDED:
Any parent interested in helping Richmond with a short term clerical project, please email Lucy Stromsta at firstname.lastname@example.org. Our school recently received new instructional materials that need to be organized. The task involves unpacking, organizing, and copying. You may have to lift a box of materials. We would love for the project to be complete by September 30th. Thank you for considering.
PRECISION FITNESS CLUB
Today, your child received a sign-up sheet for Precision Fitness Club.Precision Fitness Club will start on Tuesday, September 10th. Doors open at 7:15 a.m. Registration is on-going throughout the year. Students must turn in a form before starting Precision Fitness.

EXPLORE WEEK SUCCESS
Our students had a great week of unique learning opportunities. As they discovered something new, they collaborated, communicated, solved problems, and used their creativity.
