George C. Tilyou was the first man a start a Amusement Park. In 1876 he was young, but he sold full authentic boxes of cigars to the tourists of Coney Islands. George and his father went into business together in 1882 opening Surf Theater. He had multiple business and jobs before opening Stoney Islands.


Coney Island was home to Sea Lion Park, the first enclosed amusement park. It opened in 1895. It became famous for having the best known amusement park in the world.


Brooklyn, New York. Coney Island is till in Brooklyn, NY today. It has 29 rides that you and your family could enjoy, and a beach!


Kings Islands, Universe Studios, Hersey Park, Busch Garden , Dollywood, Noaks Ack, Six Flags Great adventures, Knoebels Amusement Resort, Luna Park and a LOT more. There are 400 amusement parks in the United States
