Principal's Message 12/19/22
Hello Zeebee families,
Tis the season to be jolly!
As we wrap up this first semester it is important to look back on where we have come from. Our latest school report card was posted this semester and showed growth in several areas. Freshman on Track, Graduation Rate, and Chronic Absenteeism all presented positive growth on the Illinois State Board of Education School Snapshot. Despite the challenges from the pandemic our school has weathered many of the circumstances that large comprehensive high schools dealt with. We thank you for your support and belief in our educators to guide your students towards success. We believe that every child can succeed with hard work and dedication. We will remain committed to support our students towards their goals.
We want to ensure that you are aware of the finals expectations that are coming next week, December 20th -22nd. The exams will function the same as last year. All students who have not earned an "A" in their course are required to come to school to take that final assessment provided by their teachers on those days. Please ensure that your student attends school to take their final otherwise they will be marked with an unexcused absence.
With Zee-Bee Pride,
Zackary Livingston

There are a few classes that require students to take final exams. Teachers will communicate this to students. During exam periods, any student exempt for earning “A’s” but who needs to stay for a future exam should report to the north cafeteria. Important to note: The first session, Test Taking Skills, is not optional. Students are expected to be in attendance. A free grab & go breakfast and lunch will be available to students. Beverage items that are not included with the grab & go will be available for purchase. Please call (847) 731-9303, with questions regarding the final exam schedule. Questions regarding specific classes should be directed to teachers.

Hot Cocoa with the Principal
On Friday, 12/16, our very own ZB principal, Mr. Livingston, blessed all the students with his musical talents accompanied by some staff members and students. Students also got to enjoy some hot chocolate and display their own karaoke talents.
