Scarecrows Big Day Out
2015 Scarecrow Competition
Enter your business in the scarecrow competiton!
Promote your business in a fun, action packed & creative way! The Gladstone Scarecrows are back and we want business’s and organisations to be part of the action on November 7th! This is a unique marketing opportunity to display your businesses Scarecrow creations at Gladstone’s little secret ‘Scarecrows on the Gobbler’. The Gobbler is a stunning six hole golf course on Longbush Rd, which we have been generously allowed to use for this fundraising event for Gladstone School.
Once visitors have run the Scarecrow Scamper, picked up their Scarecrow Map, driven the Scarecrow Drive, visited the Scarecrow Fair, they will be able to wander around 'Scarecrows on the Gobbler' between 1-6pm for only a gold coin entry fee. Wine, beer, coffee, food and fabulous entertainment will be on hand throughout the afternoon. Business’s will be able to unashamedly advertise for free!
This year the theme is ‘'Kiwiana" so get out those red bands, jackie howes and jandals and get creative. It is FREE to enter but if you would like to donate one of your products we could include in the auction/ raffle, we would be very grateful but it is not expected. Scarecrow making could be the perfect Friday night drinks/ team building exercise!
