Welcome to our new teachers!
Ms. Bielis-Volkers, 3rd Grad
Ms. Bielis-Volkers is currently finishing her 20th year teaching at Pleasant Lake Elementary. She has taught fourth grade for 10 years at PLE before moving to 3rd grade ten years ago. Ms. Bielis-Volkers enjoys walking, watching sports, gardening, and spending time with her family. Go Tigers! Ms. Bielis-Volkers resides in Plymouth with her daughter. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Education from Wayne State University, and a Master's Degree from Nova Southeastern University. Ms. Bielis-Volkers' goal is for each child to feel success and fun as they learn, and to know that learning is a life-long adventure.

Families can log into Family Access after 4:00 pm for teacher/class assignments.
Teacher Meet & Greet: Monday, August 27th
All students are invited to attend our annual Teacher Meet & Greet from 2:00 -4:00 pm on Monday, August 27th. NOTE: Classroom will be open from 2:00 - 3:00 pm

Kindergarten families who are eligible for busing transportation will receive additional information in early August regarding bus stops time for August 28th (as well as bus stop time for the year).

Walled Lake Schools Survey
The Walled Lake Schools staff works diligently to serve every child, every day! Walled Lake Schools is seeking input from the community for the 2017-18 school year.
