Assessments Coming soon
- CogAT - This test is given to all 2nd and 4th grade students as well as any 3rd and 5th graders who did not attend Banner last school year. The Cognitive Abilities Test (CogAT) is a group-administered assessment intended to estimate students' learned reasoning and problem solving abilities through a battery of verbal, quantitative, and nonverbal test items.
- PARCC - The PARCC assessment is our mandatory state assessment that is administered to all 3rd, 4th and 5th grade students in the areas of reading and math. There are 4 tests for each area and the testing window is from March 5 - March 29. The test is administered online where students will use Chromebooks. PARCC is what the state and surrounding states use as a comparison as to how our students achieve.

DHS Smart Cookie Sales!
The Dunlap High School Life Skills class will once again be coming to schools to sell fresh cookies. There is one cookie in a bag and it sells for $.50. The cookies come in chocolate chip and M&M. This program at DHS teaches the students the skills they will need to live as independently as possible and be contributing members of their communities. The cookie business provides an opportunity to practice both vocational and social skills in a real life setting. The proceeds from the sales go towards buying groceries to use for weekly cooking lessons and allow students to go to different places to learn how to navigate and access the community.
Cookies for Sale at Banner on Friday, February 2 at 1:30 PM. Cost will be $.50 for 1 large cookie, chocolate chip or M&M.
3rd Grading Period
