Principal's Day

Thank you staff and students for showering us with cards and flowers today. We certainly feel well loved! Meadowbrook is an amazing place to be and we are so thankful we get to spend each and every day with you all.

Tenured Teacher Interviews #2

It is that time of year to complete our evaluation cycle. If you are a tenured teacher and on cycle for this year, we will be completing your second, non-scheduled, observation over the next couple of weeks.

Learning Expo-May 11th and 12th (6:00 to 7:30)

May 11th: K, 2nd, 4th (K music program)

May 12th: 1st, 3rd, 5th (1st grade music program)

The Learning Expo is an opportunity for students to showcase their learning from the school year. This should not require a lot of extra work for teachers. As you begin to prepare for the Learning Expo, here are the expectations....

Students should share with their families....

*RW notebook/folders

*WW notebook and published writing

*Math notebooks-math strategies/math games or activities

(science/social studies-optional)

In the past, some teachers have created a checklist for students to use as they share their learning. This is a great way to keep this student led!

We will follow up with your grade level plan! We wanted to get this information out to you know to relieve some stress about this evening!

QUIET in the HALLS please....shhhhhhh!

We are right around the corner from MAP testing. PLEASE begin now setting the expectation that students are quiet in the halls. This is especially a problem coming and going to recess! Thank you!
