Cyberbullying is bullying that takes place using electronic technology.
Examples of Cyberbullying
Using mean text messages of email, posting rumors on social media, (ex. facebook, instagram, ext.) and putting pictures, videos, and other stuff on the internet.
Three differences between Cyberbullying and Bullying.
Bullying includes making threats, spreding roumers, and atacking someone physically or verbally. Cyberbullying includes using the internet, putting pictures or videos about someone, and saying mean things that everyone can see.
Effects of Cyberbullying
Kids get depressed, low self-esteem, less popular, seen as annoying or provoking, and can commet suicide.
Prevention and Awareness
Parents can talk about it to their kids, teachers can teach about it and how they need to tell an adult, teach kids at a young age to respect other people, when around kids don't say anything bad about someone else,
