The latest email from Dr. Kediziora, Superintendent MVUSD
Dear Families:
On behalf of the board of education, I hope you had a great week. Can you believe we are at the end of October? It’s finally starting to feel like fall.
This week has been filled with schools participating in Red Ribbon Week. It’s so encouraging to see our schools decorate outside and gratifying to see so many of our students determined to Be Happy. Be Brave. Be Drug Free.
Although we couldn’t celebrate Halloween like usual, our schools found creative ways to still get into the spooky spirit. I got to visit schools today and see students and even staff in costumes. This year, everyone had a Halloween mask as part of their costume.
Please review our latest Parent and Family Engagement Newsletter, which has additional information and resources for you to help you become more involved.
Have a Happy Halloween and Feliz Día de los Muertos. If you celebrate, please be safe and remember to follow all safety precautions! Don’t forget to set your clocks back one hour on Sunday as we fall back into standard time.
Sincerely,
Dr. Martinrex Kedziora
Superintendent of Schools

The Mission and Vision Statements of any organization are the driving force behind everything they do!
A mission statement: A formal summary of the aims and values of a company, organization, or individual.
A vision statement: A vision statement is a document that states the current and future objectives of an organization. The vision statement is intended as a guide to help the organization make decisions that align with its philosophy and declared set of goals.
Take a moment to review and select the potential mission and vision statement for MVUSD. Thank you for all your hard work and collaboration in this planning!
