HAPPY FIRST TWO DAYS OF SCHOOL!
We have had a wonderful start to the 2022-2023 school year! Families were all smiles coming in for Meet & Greet. It was so nice to have the opportunity to meet many of you. Students are settling into routines and learning all things about their new classrooms. We were already so impressed with students lining up this morning in their lines before school. As a reminder, supervision begins at 8:05 each morning. We will put the class code signs up for the next couple of days to remind students where they will line up each morning.
We look forward to our first full week of school next week!
Enjoy your weekend,

THIRD GRADE FAMILIES:
Please be sure that your child walks to the East blacktop to line up in their grade level line each morning. Students will be lining up by class and this is where supervisors will be located starting at 8:05. Please see the map for locations of each class line. Thank you for your help with this :)

Phone/Wearable Technology Use
While a student can bring their electronic device (including cell phones and AirPods) to school, all non-district-issued technologies are to be silenced and out of sight throughout the school day. Students are allowed to wear smartwatches, but they are to be silenced during the school day. The district-provided technology will be utilized for students to participate in lessons and complete assignments. Please be sure to go over the expectations with your student as the policy was recently amended.
Fruit/Snack Break
Please make sure your child has a snack each day. Snack breaks should consist of nutritious food choices such as fruits, vegetables, and other portable snacks. This aligns with Policy 6:50. The health and safety of our students are our highest priorities. Therefore certain snacks or foods may be prohibited in your child’s classroom due to food allergies. A daily snack can be provided for students who qualify for free/ reduced lunch.
PTA will be coordinating a spirit wear makeover! More information on spirit wear to come!!!!!
