NEWS AND NOTES - OCTOBER 2022

Hello Fall!

We are halfway through the month of October, and fall is definitely in the air. It's hard to believe we are six weeks into the school year, and Parent/Teacher conferences are right around the corner.

Quick reminder, there is no school on Monday, 10/31, due to teacher collaboration day. Parent-Teacher Conferences are Nov. 1 - 4. Schools will follow half-day schedules. To see your student's school's half-day schedule, click here. Please note there is NO LATE START on Wednesday, Nov. 2. Breakfast and lunch will be provided during parent-teacher conference week.

Please note: The Wednesday before Thanksgiving, November 23rd, is a half-day and NO LATE START.

Thanks for taking the time to read this month's newsletter. It's jam-packed with great events and info from around our district!

National School Bus Safety Week - October 17 to 21

This week serves as a reminder for students, parents, teachers, and the community to be alert and safe around school buses when they see them on the road. More than 25 million children ride the yellow bus every school day. Red flashing lights mean to stop for the school bus and that students are in and around the bus area.

Please join us in thanking our school bus drivers, maintenance team, and transportation office team for all their hard work getting our students to school safely each day and on time!
