At the start of the school year, we had a total of 305 days available for sick/personal days. Now, only 29 days later, we are down to 275 days (which means the staff has used a total of 30 days).
This number is flat out inexcusable – teachers, please take accountability for your team and hold each other accountable (remember, any leaves of absence do not count towards our number)
In order to stay on pace for our projected goal, we must cut the total of absences by 66% which means we must stay under 9 absences from now until October 29th – let’s take our vitamins, get our rest, exercise, and COME TO SCHOOL!
