DISTRICT FLU CLINIC

The district flu clinic will be held on Monday, September 28.
  • Due to the virus, the flu clinic is not available to famiily or community members.
  • The mist form of the vaccine WILL NOT BE AVAILABLE at this clinic. If the mist is selected on the form, your child will NOT receive the vaccine.
  • If you have any questions, you may contact Nurse Amy at 369-2762 or Nurse Amber at 369-4506.


It will be done in two phases:

  • Mountainburg Elementary - 8:30 am - 10 am. for elementary faculty, staff, students, and bus drivers.
  • When the clinic is finished at MES, it will move to Mountainburg Middle School Gym for MMS and MHS faculty, staff, and students.


Information packets were sent home last week. The deadline to turn in paperwork for the clinic is Thursday, September 24.

See you at the Pole is Wednesday, Sept 23. We will meet in the grassy area across from the HS flag pole from 7:40 am-8:00 am. Grades 5th-12th are welcome. Please remember to wear your mask and practice social distancing.


*We will not be able to serve a special breakfast this year due to the virus, so plan accordingly.*
