Be Pillarific in 2015!
We are kicking off the year at Skyview encouraging our students to "be pillarific." During our community service event in December students completed an activity where they stated ways they could show that they are part of the pillarific Skyview community. Samples of these statements are found in our main office as well as some highlights below:
We are highlighting the pillar of RESPECT this month and hope that you will join us in talking with children about simple ways to show respect for others. This link (http://www.values.com/inspirational-stories-tv-spots/117-oliver-with-a-twist) will take you to a short clip on values.com that highlights the use of courtesy that you can share with your child at home.Later this month we will commemorate "No Name Calling Week" (information below) with spirit days and activities planned by student members of BLAST.
Best wishes for a healthy, happy 2015!
