Weekly Wellness
Making time for ourselves is often not a priority but it needs to be. One of my favorite professors once told me, "If you never make time, you’ll never have time." So make time this weekend to relax and do something you enjoy. This week’s activity is another drawing exercise meant to help you relax and give you a break from whatever is on your mind. Enjoy!
