When COVID-19 unleashed new challenges, our principals came through when it mattered most. That is why we are celebrating National Principals Month throughout October. Happy Principal's Month to the best principals in the state. #ThankAPrincipal

Student/Staff District Holiday - No School on October 12.

All DeSoto ISD campuses, offices and facilities will be closed on Monday, Oct. 12 due to a district holiday. Grab N' Go Meal service will not be available. All regular operations will resume on Tuesday, Oct. 13.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION

The day provides the occasion to celebrate the teaching profession worldwide, to take stock of achievements, and to address some of the issues central for attracting and keeping the brightest minds and young talents in the profession.
DeISD is excited to welcome students back into the classroom. Starting in October, the district will begin to phase in various grade levels for students whose parents or guardians have opted into campus-supervised learning.
