Biogrophy
Was born in New York on October 27, 1858. Died on January 6 1919. Was 42 when he took the office. Went to Harvard College, Then went to Columbia Law School. Was the governor of New York before he became the Vice President of the United States. Won the Nobel peace prize for ending the Russo-Japanese war. He started living like a cowboy when his wife and his mother died on the same day and left his infant little girl in the hands of his oldest sister.
Political Philosophy.
He liked the idea of progressivism for the U.S. He took a keen interest in the Spanish-American war. The “Square Deal” was introduced in his first term as president. It was to help companies and employees in the workplace protect themselves.

Teddy had the impact on politics today. He had an impact on how in politics they put so much money into their campaign. it is why politicians almost manipulate their way into winning and gaining votes.
