Moveable Type

By Lindy Strand

Moveable type is a piece of technology that is used to print books, by using stamp like items to print books.
Before moveable type was invented by Johannes Gutenburg books had to be copied by hand. This was a very long process that made it so only wealthy people would have books.
Moveable type changes what we know about our world because we can read books easily and learn about our world.
