Happy New Year!
We will take the second NWEA MAP Growth test of the year for grades K-8 in the next few weeks. We are looking forward to getting our mid-year MAP Growth scores so students and teachers can look at progress made so far and set learning goals for the second half of the year. Setting goals, regular checks on progress (IXL, classroom work, and mid year testing) are all important parts of academic excellence. We will ultimately be able to celebrate learning when we see the results of our year's efforts in the third MAP Growth assessment we will give in May.
We are also looking forward to our upcoming Cranbrook Science night and Catholic Schools Week 2020. There are exciting things to come in the second half of the year!
