GradeCam in Action!
Want to learn more?
To join, go to Google Classroom and then click the plus sign to “Join a class.” Remember that even if you are going to join a class as a student, you are still ALWAYS a teacher, so if this is your first time going to Google Classroom and it prompts you to select Teacher or Student, you are a TEACHER.
When you select “Join a class,” it will ask you for a code. Enter in u5f14uh to join the class. There are 4 “assignments” in the course. The last task (#005) will allow you to claim your certificate of completion, which will be emailed to your Forsyth Gmail address.
New in SchoolCity: Auto-Reactivation
If you choose to activate Auto-Reactivation for an online test, a student who gets kicked out of their online assessment in SchoolCity will be able to just log back on and go back to the test, without you having to reactivate them each time! Obviously, there may be times when you DON'T want this to be possible, so think through how you want to schedule and administer your online assessment. But in many cases, this can be a lifesaver!

Chrome Extension Spotlight: OneTab
The description from the Chrome Web Store says, "Whenever you find yourself with too many tabs, click the OneTab icon to convert all of your tabs into a list. When you need to access the tabs again, you can either restore them individually or all at once."
OneTab will also create a link and a QR code to the set of tabs that you have open. What I *LOVE* about this is that I can open up all of the online activities I want students to do in different tabs, use OneTab to create a link, and then post JUST THAT LINK in itslearning, instead of having to post 3 or 4 or 5 different items!
Try it out with a few sample French activities using the link below! No need to have the extension or an account to click the link!
