Career Academy Meeting for Juniors! Parents Welcome.
The MTI Career Academy is a dual enrollment program for high school seniors which enables them to complete their remaining high school courses on the CF campus, as well as complete college coursework towards an AS degree. Good candidates for the Career Academy may include those students who just missed the requirements for regular dual enrollment, as our requirements are a 2.0 cumulative GPA and college ready scores in Math AND/OR Reading and Writing. We also hope to target students who are ready to begin coursework towards their career path. Our AS areas of study include Accounting Technology, Business Administration, Criminal Justice, Early Childhood Education, Engineering Technology, and Paralegal Studies, just to name a few. Also, one of our most popular programs is the EMT/Firefighter program. This program has limited space, so an early application is key for those interested.
