O God of Creation,

You have blessed us with the changing of the seasons.

As we welcome the autumn months, may the earlier setting of the sun remind us to take time to rest.

May the brilliant colors of the leaves remind us of the wonder of your creation.

May the steam of our breath in the cool air remind us that it is you who give us the breath of life.

May the harvest from the fields remind us of the abundance we have been given and the bounty we are to share with others.

We praise you for your goodness forever and ever.

Amen

Late Arrivals and Lunch Counts

Please make note that if a child arrives at school after 9:00 AM, parents/guardians will need to plan that their child/ren will need a cold lunch. If you contact the school in ADVANCE, to let us know that you are requesting hot lunch, we can make arrangements for them that day. This allows us to prepare accurate lunch counts for our students.

GRACE Annual Appeal

This weekend is the GRACE Annual Appeal. This is an important fundraiser across the entire GRACE System that supports Holy Cross School as well as the other 8 schools in the system. This Annual Appeal helps to keep tuition affordable for families. For this school year, In-System Tuition for families is just over $3000 per child; however, the total cost of education for that child is over $6000. Supporting the Annual Appeal helps to bridge that gap. Our 23 supporting parishes all bolster our 9 schools through financial investment. These fundraisers and financial assistance make Catholic education possible for Green Bay families. Please prayerfully consider a gift towards this year's Annual Appeal.

Please remember that if your child is exhibiting any symptoms related to COVID-19, including sniffles, cough, stomach ache, fever, vomiting, diarrhea, etc. he/she should stay home. We ask that those who are ill with COVID symptoms be tested by a recognized medical provider regardless of the individual's vaccine status prior to his/her return.
