Ms. Sutton and our Hillcrest Hounds participated in the March Madness of Books. After a month of some very hotly contested voting in schools across the world, the March Madness of Books winner is My Pet Feet by Josh Funk and Bill Young! Hillcrest students voted on the March Madness of Books website and overwhelmingly supported this clever, humorous book about what happens in a town when the letter R goes missing.

The Seeing Eye is a philanthropic organization whose mission is to enhance the independence, dignity, and self-confidence of blind people through the use of Seeing Eye® dogs.

The Seeing Eye will be visiting Hillcrest School on Friday, April 14th.

We will be collecting pennies for The Seeing Eye's "Pennies for Puppies" initiative beginning on Monday, April 3rd.

The organization will be bringing one of their dogs. If you would not like your child to participate in the visit or if they are allergic, please fill out the form below.

The HSA will be hosting a tricky tray at Hillcrest's Family Movie Night on Friday, April 28th and we need your help to make it great! If you have an item or experience to donate toward the raffle please contact victoriaschittone@gmail.com or comment below. Items for children and adults are both welcome and very much appreciated!

Hillcrest School Science Day will be an all-day event at the school. If you are available and interested in volunteering, please contact your child’s homeroom teacher and they will let you know when and where throughout the day assisting with activities would be helpful.

On April 13, 2023, a panel of MSD experts will host an epic virtual evening beginning at 7PM for parents/guardians in the community titled: Digital Wellness: What parents/guardians can do at home.

This presentation is coming at a perfect time to support parents/guardians in terms of the emotional, cognitive, academic, and physical effects of digital misuse (especially as we see a rise in appropriate use reminders for students).
