Boozy Book Club
June Book: Breakfast at Tiffany's
Time to Drink and Think...
June's book: Breakfast at Tiffany's by Truman Capote
Our bookclub series is a casual affair, in which the first hour is dedicated to moderated and structured discussion of the book and the following hours are more free form. All accompanied by plenty of wine and snacks.
We love to see familiar faces, but it's not necessary to come on a regular basis to enjoy the Boozy Bookclub. Simply come when you like the book, come when you can, come when you want some good company or come when you just want to drink and think a little. But do sign up as space is limited.
We're very excited to announce that the hour of moderated discussion will be lead by Sion Dayson.
Sion Dayson is an American writer in Paris whose work has appeared in The Wall Street Journal, Courrier International, Utne Reader, Hunger Mountain and several anthologies, including Strangers in Paris. She received her MFA in Writing from Vermont College of Fine Arts. She was awarded a grant for her fiction by the Barbara Deming Memorial Fund and was recently the writer-in-residence at the Jack Kerouac House in Orlando, FL. You can find out more about her on her website siondayson.com and her blog, paris (im)perfect.
