Monday, Nov. 14th School Council Meeting
Our first School Council meeting is scheduled for Monday, November 14th, at 6 pm, in the media center. A Google Meet link is also available for registered participants. If you would like to join us, please complete the form below.
Tuesday, Nov. 15th, DRRHS to Visit DMS and Beckwith
DRRHS Student Ambassadors will visit the middle schools to share their message: We Are DR, and YOU BELONG HERE!
Tuesday and Wednesday (15th, 16th) MCAS Math Make Up Sessions
Students needing to take the MCAS math sessions will receive a calendar invitation reminder.
Thursday and Friday (17th, 18th) DRRHS Theatre Company Presents Lost Girl
Long after returning from Neverland, Wendy decides that she must find Peter in order to reclaim her kiss and move on with her life. Along the way, she meets other girls who went to Neverland and learns she is not alone. A coming-of-age exploration of first love and lasting loss, Lost Girl continues the story of J.M. Barrie’s beloved character – the girl who had to grow up.

Monday, 21 November, National Honor Society Induction Ceremony
This year's NHS Induction Ceremony will be held on Monday, November 21st, at 6 pm, in the high school auditorium. The quote selected for this year's ceremony is "Every accomplishment starts with the decision to try." -Gail Devers. All are welcome.

Spirit Week Advisors will have T-shirts available for purchase during Spirit Week. $10 each. Cash only. First-come, first-served.
FOOD DRIVE MONDAY-FRIDAY, THE 14TH-18TH
The annual Spirit Week Can Drive runs from November 14-18th and is a highlight of Spirit Week. Students bring in items each day competing between classes to bring in the most. These items are then divided and donated to both the Dighton Lions Food Pantry and the Rehoboth Food Pantry.
PENNY WARS MONDAY-FRIDAY, THE 14TH-18TH
The Spirit Week Penny Wars runs during the same week during all lunches and goes towards gift cards for the food pantries to be used throughout the year to supplement our donations.
ADVISORY ON FRIDAY, THE 18TH
Advisories will be making posters for the PEP RALLY. Students are invited (not required) to bring in supplies for this event. Think creatively, not costly! All Advisory classes will receive a poster board and markers.
FALCON 5K ON SATURDAY, THE 19TH
Race information: November 19th at 10 am (check-in at 9:45 am at the Dighton entrance)
Entrance fee: $15 for students; $20 for adults
All current student signups will count toward spirit week points.
PEP RALLY ON WEDNESDAY, THE 23RD
Attention Students! It's not too late to sign up to compete. Please complete the form!
ABOUT PEP RALLY DAY
NO SILLY STRING!
Silly string is not for indoor use. Respect the Nest, our custodians, and each other.
NO AIR HORNS!
It's going to be LOUD in the Gym. Please DO NOT bring air horns.
NO RUDE BEHAVIOR
PEP RALLY is for fun and friendly competition. Be respectful in victory and defeat.
WANT TO SKIP PEP RALLY?
We get it. Pep Rally is LOUD and CROWDED! Please use this Pep Rally Opt-Out form to let us know that you would prefer to be in the media center during Pep Rally.
NO LUNCH SERVED
Please remember that Pep Rally Day, Wednesday, the 23rd, is an early release day. Dismissal is at 10:50. Please eat breakfast, as there's no food or drink allowed in the gym during Pep Rally.
NO LATE BUS
Do you take the bus home? Even though Pep Rally Day is a Wednesday, please plan to take the regular bus. We do not have a late bus on early release days.

DR Peer Leaders Holiday Giving Project to collect gifts/toys/clothes runs Nov 21st -Dec 9th. Toys and gifts are donated to Rehoboth Blizzard of Giving and the Dighton Lions to distribute. More to follow.
After-school math tutoring and homework support is available for ALL students
Ms. Chang is offering after-school math tutoring and homework support on Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday afternoons from 2-2:45 pm. Meet her in the media center for help; no appointment necessary!
