On a positive note, we have had many successes this semester which we shared at our faculty meeting with Dr. McGown. I want to give kudos for all the success and hard work!! Please plan to unplug during the holiday break (do not plan, grade, read emails, send emails, etc. once you leave here on Dec. 20th!) Early release on that day is at 1:15. Thanks for all you do!! Keep the Hawk Shout Outs coming for our students.
I appreciate you ALL!!!
Christy
Faculty,
Teaching and Learning kicked off November with a personalized learning webinar series focused specifically on secondary instruction!!
The first Webinar focused on why personalized learning supports student learning and will offer ideas on establishing routines and procedures. Below is the invitation to join. Future webinar topics will include content specific conversations from experts, PL instructional models, and equity and inclusion. This is a perfect opportunity for you to dive deeper into our strategic priority of Reimagining Learning and our guiding document, High Quality Teaching. If you are unable to attend, webinars will be housed in Schoology for you to preview later. (T&L will provide us with more information next week regarding Schoology.)
I encourage each of you to engage with the content, explore, and practice.
