I am here to help you!
Sending this out to your students will help aid the relationship between counselor and learner, while cutting down on those initial "I don't even know where to start" kmails. Many top questions you receive will be covered and answered to help move your dialogue further along and get them asking the right questions. FAFSA's and college applications will be in the filling out process instead of the standard "What is a FAFSA?" question.
