Dear Parents and Families:
Did you know? Reading just 20 minutes a day exposes
your child to about 1.8 million words per year. Reading helps students develop a stronger vocabulary, and in addition, students who read for pleasure average higher grades in English, mathematics, science, and history!
Mark your calendar to join us for a celebration

2018 iPad Refresh Info
The most effective way to get the refreshed iPad is waiting until it comes into Horning and then having your student pick it up in the library. Trying to get it earlier may be difficult to do because it may already be in transit to the school or not ready yet. Being patient is key in this situation.
Your student will know when the iPad is ready is by checking their student email. An email will be sent to the students the moment their refreshed iPad is ready for them to pick up. If your student keeps asking when it is ready, please know that this way is how it will happen. There will also be a pass sent to the student letting them know to come to the library. However email is still the best way.
There will be a letter going home with students explaining the refresh and purchasing options of the students old iPad. This letter will explain all options of purchasing the iPad as well as conditions for purchasing.
If you have any questions about the refresh please contact Luke Christopherson
