JLG Booktalks to Go
Ready to Use Booktalks and Resources
Resources in One Award-Winning Location
Looking for ready to use booktalks and resources to use them? All in one place? Look no further than JLG's column, JLG Booktalks to Go. These columns, hosted on our Junior Library Guild website, highlight our new releases by providing a “booktalk to go.” Each book is also supported with online resources (author/illustrator website, book trailer, lesson plans, and research support sites).
In an effort to organize these links, I have created LiveBinders. All websites are posted within the LiveBinders, along with the accompanying booktalk. Check out the new JLG BTG Spring 2016 .
As I write more columns, more books and their resources will be added. Simply go to JLG Booktalks to Go . Read the introductory tab for general information. The green tab gives you resources that apply to all books in the Binder. Books are now organized by interest level. Under each book tab are gray subtabs with links to media, websites, and other related documents. Everything you need to teach or share brand new, hot-off-the-press books is now all in one place. Spread the word.
