WEEK ENDING AUGUST 26, 2016
Conservatory Prep follows Broward County schools with regards to closing due to weather. In the event of a major storm, re-opening will take place when the David Posnack JCC is able to re-open.
Elections for Key Club will be held this coming Tuesday at 3:30PM. I look forward to hearing everyone's speeches. Dues to join Key Club are $25 per year.
Seniors will meet with Mrs. Teitzman during lunch on Thursday to go over college applications.
Reminder: August 31st is the last day Fathom will hold our spots at this price. So glad that we are getting such a good turn out.
Parent Breakfast on Thursday, September 1st from 8:30 - 9:30AM. Topic will be on letting our teens dream big. We will watch the Ted Talk What Adults Can Learn From Kids and then discuss the pragmatics of encouraging our kids to pursue dreams and ideas.
A special thanks to our volunteers for their expertise, enthusiasm and dedication.

Working with a program out of MIT, Algebra 2 students will supplement their course work with sewing.

Latin I students took a Republic portrait and wrote a Latin narrative behind the picture.
During lunch, students are able to go into the tech room (aka the blue room) and use the different software.
PE for the next few weeks will take place in the pool. A great way to end the day.
American Government students learning about perception, politics and the media by reading and discussing the book Being There.
