About Steve Jobs

Jobs was 21 when APPLE started.

Jobs was one to play pranks on others but the school recommended he skip two grades; his parents only elected him for one grade skip though

Paul Jobs was the one that got Steve into working on electronics. Jobs next door neighbour Bill Fernandez was into technology as well. Bill introduce him to Steve Wozniak who was and electronics wiz kid. Wozniak and Bill presented a computer they had been working on to Jobs. They called in the Cream Soda and Jobs showed interest instantly.

Jobs graduated from high school in 1972 and went to Reed college. After six months though he dropped out. For the next 18 months he dropped in and out of creative classes such as calligraphy. In a statement he made he said if it wasn't for auditing the calligraphy class there wouldn't be all the different type faces and properly space fonts on the Macintosh computers.

Personal Qualities of Jobs

Urgency was one quality Jobs had. His urgency allowed him to get out the graphic interface idea when he saw it at Xerox's company. If Xerox had the urgency he did the interface would have been out sooner. It all reality Jobs stole the idea.
Imagination was another. He didn't just envision his company growing and succeeding he envisioned his products helping people.
He was passionate and fearless as well when it came to growing Apple. He made risks but never went over the edge. He also liked to make sure you knew why you had to have his products.

Innovation distinguishes between a leader and a follower.

My favorite things in life don't cost any money. It's really clear that the most precious resource we all have is time.

Computers themselves and software yet to be developed will revolutionize the way we learn.
