Sleeping Freshmen Never Lie
by David Lubar
“You know what guys do? They stand up for people. You know why? Two reasons. It's right. And it feels good. Even if the person doesn't know what you did. Maybe especially then.”
As if school wasn't tough enough for Scott, being a freshman, a senior already took some of his money, the girl he likes is way out of his league, and then he joins the paper on top of all that. His mom also announces she's having another kid. Since he's having a hard time in his freshman year, he decides to give his soon to be sibling some advice in a notebook. The guide through school includes the grades, the teachers, and, of course, the homework.
