In order to protect the rights and recognize the responsibilities of individuals and
institutions this was made to give order to the computer world.
Article I: Privacy
Section 1:Face recognition.
Section 2:Notification whenever your account is logged into by another person.
Article II: Censorship
Section 1:Less Govermental control.
Section 2:Sites blocked in certain areas.
Article III: Democracy
Section 1: The ability to communicate across different social media platforms.
Section 2:The ability to send text messages from a social media website to a wireless device.
Article IV: Freedom
Section1: What you post should not be used against you.
Section2: Less ads on websites.
