Christian Care Food Drive
Wylie ISD students are thankful and giving back the Wylie Way! Davis Intermediate is participating in the Wylie ISD Food Drive to restock the shelves of the Wylie Community Christian Care Center, 10/26/2020-11/13/2020. As an incentive for donating, each grade level will be competing between content areas. Classes can earn a popcorn party, an extra recess, and a week of elementary dress with the top two classes earning a kickball tournament. On-campus learners may drop off their cans every morning in the boxes located near the stairs. Remote learners may place their cans in the grocery cart on loan from Tom Thumb that will be in the front of the school during school days. We appreciate your contribution! #WEWILLRISEUPWYLIEISD

"Every single paraprofessional on campus has the best attitude and the utmost patience to all the kids. Mr. Pousson, Mrs. Blagburn, and Mrs. Russell, who I see in my classes weekly, do such a wonderful job with each of the students they serve, and I could not be more thankful to have their support." -Ms. Fulenwider
"They are amazing. Always willing to do things on the fly and changing on the spur of the moment. Without them, I couldn’t do my job." -Mrs. Cadena
We could not agree more, Ms. Fulenwider and Mrs. Cadena. This year, more than ever, we want to celebrate our paraprofessionals for the work they do. Without them, we could not do what we do. Thank you, paraprofessionals!
