Dictator
Generally the dictator is the player who has he most weight the is bigger or equal to the quota.
Veto Power
The person or people that can overthrow a decision.
Dummy
A dummy has no power at all.
Banzhaf Power Index
In this power index you have coalitions. A winning coalition is a player or group of players that can pass a motion by having a number higher then the quota. A grand coalition is all the players in the system. For example together the Lakers all work together to win making them a grand coalition.
Shapley-Shubik Power Index
With this power index you put the coalitions in sequential order and eliminate players until you've reached the quota. You must also identify the pivotal players in the coalition.
