Earlier this week Seniors received an email with specific details for parking passes that included a link to register. Parking passes for the school year are $60. All spots are first come, first serve and student parking will be assigned in the Brand Road Lot first.

Some other dates of note:

• Tuesday, Aug. 15: purchase window opens for Juniors
• Monday, Aug. 21: purchase window opens for Sophomores
• All students may purchase a pass through Friday, Sept. 1

Passes will be distributed during lunch starting Monday, August 21st. You are able to park for the first two weeks without a pass. If you have any questions please reach out to Mrs. Hampton or Mr. Pusateri.

With our new additions we have moved away from assigning lockers to students. We will be sending details about how to request a locker early next week. We have a limited number of lockers that can be assigned. Students are permitted to have backpacks during the school day to bring materials to and from class.

Students are assigned a lunch during their 5th Period class either A, B, or C. Students have 30 minutes to eat lunch and have class during the other times: A Lunch/BC-Class, B Lunch/AC-Class, C Lunch/AB-Class. Seating is open and students are able to move about the commons during that time.

You may add money to student accounts at PaySchools.

We don't send out specific supply lists for school prior to the start of school. Teachers will share specific needs for a course in the first few days of school. There will be some items that you will need but not as extensive as in middle school. Here are some items that will get your child off to a great start:

• Basic notebook, pen/pencil
• District issued Chromebook are good start for first day. If you are new, you will get a new Chromebook within the first few days of school.
• RECOMMENDATION: TI84+ Calculator is a good item to grab of students don’t have one yet. They will use it all 4 years in math. There are normally good sales during this time.

We invite all students to join us for our Spirit Fridays during football season. Students show their spirit at school and then join us at the game. Our first home game is Friday, Aug. 18 vs. Westerville South!

We are so excited to share our 60,000 square feet of additional space at Jerome with the community. In collaboration with the DJHS PTO we will be hosting our Open House on Wednesday, August 23rd from 5-8pm. This will be a chance to see the building, meet your child's teachers and gather as a community!

Hyland-Croy Road at Post Road/S.R. 161 is closed until Aug. 4. When it reopens on August 14, there will be no left-hand turns from S.R. 161/Post Road to Hyland-Croy Road, and vice versa, until early fall 2024.

HR Imaging will be mailing a bar-coded prepay flyer to each of your students that contains all of the information they need for picture day. The envelope on the flyer actually serves as your personal pre-filled camera card. Students should bring the envelope portion of the flyer to our scheduled picture day. This allow for quick, efficient process.

Kateswell is thrilled to officially announce the inaugural “Because You Can 5K” run to be held on October 29th, benefiting Kateswell’s Leslie Ungerott Fund. This 5K event will be run out of Dublin Jerome High School and will be a blast for runners and walkers of all levels and ages.

ALL-SPORT PASSES are valid for ALL regular season contests for ALL sports hosted at Dublin Jerome during the 2023-2024 school year. This includes ALL levels (freshman, JV, Varsity) for any sport that charges an admission fee (football, boys soccer, girls soccer, field hockey, volleyball, boys basketball, girls basketball, wrestling, boys lacrosse, girls lacrosse, boys volleyball, track & field). Passes not valid for OHSAA Championship events.
