Transition Resource Guides for Multicultural Families
Open Doors for Multicultural Families is a nonprofit charitable organization dedicated to ensuring that families of individuals with developmental/intellectual disabilities and special health care needs have equal access to culturally and linguistically appropriate information, resources, and services. They have developed transition resources for families available in 9 different languages that you can find below.
