SENIORS, it is FAFSA time!
Whether you are eligible for federal student aid or not, schools require the completion of FAFSA.
The earlier students apply, the more likely they are to receive federal aid! There are different types of financial aid available, the video below explains the possibilities.

Naviance Has Started!
Naviance is a useful tool for students to learn about and reflect on their skills, career interests, and future pathways. The goal with Naviance is to have students begin thinking about these things early on in their high school career, so that come senior year, they have thought it through and considered different options for themselves. Naviance is a graduation requirement for all students.
When do students have time to complete their Naviance tasks?
Students are assigned 4-5 new tasks every school year and complete the tasks in their Advisory class. Students work on one task at a time. If your student falls behind, they are able to start a task and complete it at a later time. Tasks can be worked on at home, if needed.
How can your student log in to their Naviance account?
Step 1: Students will log in using Clever
Step 2: Students will click on "Planner" at the top center of their screen
Step 3: Students will click on "Tasks Assigned to Me"
Step 4: Students will complete the required task for that day
Credit Recovery / Getting ahead on credits
If your student is behind on credits and would like to recover those credits before summer school, they can recover credits through an online, self-paced curriculum called Odysseyware. If enrolled in Odysseyware, students will work on recovering their credit outside of the school day, such as after school and on the weekend. If your student is interested in this opportunity, have them speak with their counselor about Odysseyware.
Is your student wanting to get ahead on credits?
If your student is wanting to get ahead on credits, they have the opportunity to do so through Edgenuity. Edgenuity is an online curriculum that is a self-paced opportunity for students to work on a class ahead of time outside of the school day. If your student is interested in taking a class for original credit, have them speak with their counselor about Edgenuity.
