A Message from Mrs. Agee
It was such an amazing day last Friday getting to spend the morning with all of our amazing grandparents and VIPs. This is my 11th year being a part of the CFK family and I have to admit that, right behind Veteran’s Day, it is my favorite event of the year! Being able to see all of our grandparents and special guests being interviewed by the students, FaceTiming family from India, and enjoying performances truly is a reminder of what an amazing community we have. I’d like to extend a huge thank you to our PTA for their support and organization of this special event!
The PTA continues to do incredible work for our school and many of our events would not be possible without your support of this organization. If you have not done so already, please consider joining the PTA and supporting our Library and Science fund!
We are entering a busy fall season, and we hope to see you at our upcoming events. The Food Truck Rodeo taking place Thursday is a great time to shop the book fair and enjoy some of your favorite treats with friends from school. I would also like to invite each of you to our Bagels, Bonds and Coffee event on October 8th from 8:30-9:30 am. Please join us to receive information regarding the upcoming Bond Referendum and hear directly from our Superintendent, Dr. Davis, and other key leaders of the district. You will have an opportunity to review specific information in order to make an informed voting decision at the polls in November. Please share this invitation with grandparents, neighbors, family members and community members in Richland Two. We hope to see you there!
Thank you all for a great start to the school year! We look forward to seeing you all in the coming weeks for events as well as parent teacher conferences. Teachers will be hosting conferences throughout the month of October so that you can learn more about your child’s progress so far this year!
