A NEW Eagle at Efland Cheeks
Ms. Frazier is Efland Cheeks new School Counselor. She attends North Carolina State University. As the school Counselor and part of her training she will be receiving supervision twice a week. She will be working closely with teachers, parents, and administrators to help students with any needs.
Introduction to the School Counselor
Ms. Frazier will be going into all the classrooms and talking about what a counselor does for work, how to make appointments and completing needs assessments with the students. The needs assessments give Ms. Frazier an idea of what the students need from the school counselor and she can make plans accordingly.
