Buffalo Bill's Wild West Shows
Now at the Chicago World's Fair...
What is it?
The Wild West Shows are circus-like pageants celebrating life in the West. Directed by William "Buffalo Bill" Cody, we are able to see an authentic representation of what life on the new frontier would entail. From gun slinging cowboys to wild native Indian attacks, the Wild West Shows are sure to be a treat for all ages.
The Cast
Buffalo Bill prides himself with the use of actual Native Americans in his shows to portray the tribes that live in the West. With appearances of not only them but cowgirls, such as Annie Oakly, the shows illustrate the conflict on the western frontier.
