Activities that Interest me
Softball
Softball intrests me because it's my favorite sport. I have been playing it since I was very little, and I have always enjoyed it.
Yoga
Yoga intersets me because it seems calming and relaxing, yet it still seems to be a very good workout.
Aerobics
Aerobics interests me because it looks like a super fun way to work out and get in shape.

Cardiovascular Endurance
Cardiovascular fitness is the ability of the heart, lungs and vascular system to deliver oxygen-rich blood to working muscles during sustained physical activity.
- I would like to improve in this area.
- I would enjoy doing aerobics.
Muscular Strength
Muscular strength is the amount of force a muscle or muscle group can exert against a heavy resistance.
- I would like to improve in this area.
- I could lift weights.
Muscular Endurance
Muscular endurance is the ability of a muscle or muscle group to repeat a movement many times or to hold a particular position for an extended period of time.

- I would enjoy doing curl-ups to work my abs
Flexibility
Flexibility is the degree to which an individual muscle will lengthen.
- I’m happy with where I’m at in this area.
- I enjoy stretching.
Body Composition
Body composition is the amount of fat in the body compared to the amount of lean mass.
- I would like to improve in this area.
- I could do a lot of cardio to reduce my overall BMI.
Roadblocks
- While in school I don’t have much time for physical activity
- Sometimes I’m lazy
- There may be more enticing activities other than physical activity
How to overcome roadblocks
- Make plans for physical activity with friends
- Choose fun physical activities
- Play music
- Stay motivated
- Remind myself how good it is for my body
